Lead Pastor - Philip Woodworth

Phil and Amy, both natives of Moncton, N.B., have been with Cornerstone since early 2004. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Atlantic Baptist University, he graduated with a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry from Acadia Divinity College in 2005. Phil served as the youth pastor for the first 3 1/2 years and is now the lead pastor and is incredibly passionate about the Kingdom of God. Phil and Amy have four young children.

Associate Pastor - Stephen Cogswell

Stephen hails from small town New Brunswick, where he was very nearly raised in the church. He is a proud graduate of both Atlantic Baptist University (B.Sc.) as well as Acadia University (M.Div.). Stephen joined the Cornerstone leadership team in 2007 where he serves as the primary pastor to the congregation at the Stratford site. He is husband to Kelly, and dad to Madeline, Willie, Callum and Seth.

Worship, Care & Connect Pastor - Dana Ingersoll

Dana holds a BA in Religion from Bethany Bible College, Sussex, N.B.
He & his wife Tavie have served at Cornerstone for 9+ years.
Proud owners of a 11 year-old beagle, Maggie, they are months away from adopting a baby boy from Ethiopia.

Church Administrator - Pam Cullingworth

Pam thoroughly enjoys being part of the ministry team as Church Administrator. Connecting with our Cornerstone Family has been a true blessing. This position has allowed her to be mostly home with her girls while providing a support role at Cornerstone. Married to Al, they have two beautiful daughters – Allison and Keira.
Influences: My Mom and Dad and others who have lived out their faith in front of me.

Childrens' Ministry Director (Cornwall) - Kati Barbour

Kati is a recent graduate from Bethany Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education. She also brings extensive experience in youth and childrens' ministry, most notably through her role as Head Program Director at Camp Seggie in 2009.

Worship Director (Stratford) - Adam MacGregor

Adam brings a depth of training and experience to this new position. He has a diverse musical background including: instructing guitar students, solo and band live performance, musical theatre, to most recently working as the musical director for a local dinner theatre production. Adam has many years of experience in recruiting, training and leading worship teams and will be a great compliment to Cornerstone's ongoing ministry in Stratford. Additionally, he is a Master of Divinity graduate from Acadia Divinity College and is an ordained pastor in our denomination.
